To deliver on this promise, we partner with vendors that offer language assistance services to patients. Our staff is equipped with on-site translators, and we work with a team of external partners that specialize in language interpretation over the phone and in person.
We’re also connected to organizations across the nation who provide financial assistance and lifestyle resources to patients with cognitive or physical impairment, including services to those who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or who may have cognitive, speech, or mobility impairments.
