How do I request a refill?

Can I submit new patient enrollment prescriptions electronically?
Yes. ARJ Infusion Services offers referring providers new patient enrollment options that are HIPAA-compliant and easy to complete electronically.
Does ARJ provide assistance with prior benefits authorization and reimbursement?
Yes. Experienced ARJ intake specialists handle the benefits review process from start to finish.
Our intake specialists complete prior authorization paperwork, guarantee a two-hour response time on new patient referrals, verify benefit claims are paid at the contracted rate, and more.

How do patients receive medication from ARJ Infusion Services?
ARJ provides convenient nationwide delivery of medications and supplies. We ship directly to the patient’s home, site of care, or other desired location, and verify each refill before shipment.
My patient has never injected medication before. Will ARJ teach them how?
Yes. Our specially-trained nurses work directly with your patient and their caregivers to provide self-infusion training and resources, including information on how to store, administer, and dispose of drugs and supplies.
How are deliveries tracked?
ARJ does not auto-ship medication. A care team representative will always call your patient to confirm a refill prior to shipment. For your convenience and assurance, ARJ logistic specialists track every shipment of the patient’s medication and supplies, door-to-door.
Can patients fill other prescriptions with ARJ?
ARJ only provides specialty infusion medications dispensed and filled by our pharmacists.
What do I do if I have questions regarding my patient’s care?
Our nurses and pharmacists are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to address urgent questions, concerns and emergencies to current patients.

What if my patient is not interested in at-home infusion?
ARJ owns and operates five private Infusion Suites with locations across the Midwest. The infusion suites are open for morning, evening, and weekend appointments. Your patient can make an appointment at one of our infusion suites by calling 866-451-8804.
Where are ARJ pharmacies and nursing offices located?
ARJ has locations across the Midwest and provides specialty pharmacy services nationwide.
Does ARJ measure patient outcomes for providers?
Yes, we do. Our visual, analytics dashboard ARJ DiscoveryCare® will be available Fall 2020.
ARJ’s DiscoveryCare® is a data-driven analytics dashboard for providers and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The dashboard provides a variety of custom information, including clinical outcomes, industry benchmarks, disease-specific assessment tools, drug utilization, and patient care reports.

Is site-of-care infusion therapy safe and beneficial for my patient?
Site-of-care infusion therapy is just as safe as hospital infusions and offers a variety of benefits for patients with rare and chronic conditions.

Can ARJ draw labs while infusing the patient?

How does ARJ measure your provider satisfaction?
ARJ’s Performance Improvement Program conducts an annual Referral Satisfaction Survey designed to assess providers’ overall satisfaction with ARJs clinical care, communication, and processes.
How does ARJ assess clinical quality performance and operational standards?
We demonstrate the highest level of commitment to quality healthcare, performance and standards through our Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) and URAC accreditation.

What does an ARJ patient engagement coordinator do?
Every ARJ patient is partnered with a dedicated patient engagement coordinator to assist with the day-to-day aspects of managing his or her healthcare. The representative assists in establishing eligibility for financial assistance and co-pay programs, as well as monitors therapy adherence throughout the course of treatment.
What if my patient does not have insurance or cannot afford copays or premium?
