How do I get my medication?
We offer convenient nationwide delivery of medications and supplies directly to your home or desired location. Plus, we verify each refill before we ship it to you.
Can I pick up my specialty medication from my local retail pharmacy?
No, but we make it convenient for you by delivering medication and supplies to your home.
Can I get my other prescriptions from ARJ?
ARJ only provides specialty infusion medications.
How do I request a refill on my prescriptions?
Self-referral: Connect with our clinicians through our convenient self-referral process.
How do I start service with ARJ?
Our intake specialists work directly with you and your prescribing physician to complete the required “state of service” documentation.
Can I refer myself to ARJ if I want to start service?
Yes! Please complete a New Patient Self-Referral Form to get started. We will require your consent to speak to your prescribing physician.

Can I manage my account and existing prescriptions with ARJ online?
We’re in the process of developing an online prescription-management tool for patients in 2019.
Do I need to sign for my medication when it’s delivered?
No, packages do not require a signature upon delivery.
A delivery ticket is enclosed in each shipment. We do require patients to sign and return every delivery ticket to ARJ in the corresponding pre-paid envelope. Look for instructions in your shipment.
Can I get my medicine delivered on Saturdays?
We do not offer Saturday deliveries. In emergencies or special occasions, we will courier medication and supplies to you immediately.
How are deliveries tracked?
ARJ tracks medication and supply shipments sent to you. Since we don’t auto-ship medication, a care team representative will notify you of your upcoming deliveries.
Who do I contact if I have questions regarding my care?
Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
ARJ nurses and pharmacists are on-call 24/7 to handle any questions or emergencies.

I’ve never injected medication before. How do I do this?
ARJ nurses work directly with you and your family to provide self-infusion education. This includes how to store, administer, and dispose of drugs and supplies.
Learning how to infuse is an amazing accomplishment. ARJ will work with you every step of the way!
What do I do with my used supplies and expired medication?
We include sterile disposal containers in your shipment at no additional cost. Please dispose of needles, syringes, and anything that comes into contact with blood or medicine in these containers.
Disposal containers can be dropped off at your local post office. You are not required to pay for shipping.
