  • Joint pain
  • Joint stiffness
  • Loss of function and movement in the affected area
  • Redness in affected area
  • Swelling

How are inflammatory disorders diagnosed?

Along with a physical examination and discussion about the patient’s medical history, the provider will look for inflammation in the joints, joint stiffness, and loss of function in the joints. Additionally, blood tests and X-rays may be requested for review.
